  I feel so blessed to live in a town like New Wilmington, where even the real estate agents know every single person by name. I purchased my house from Haines Realty and they were phenomenal throughout the entire process. Laurie Mackaness walked us through every single step of the buying process and told us what to expect at every turn. I still see all of the agents in town on a regular basis and they treat you as old friends. You can expect them to answer all of your questions and to treat you with respect and care throughout your house hunting or selling process.
